Newly crowned American Idol Fantasia Barrino is set to release her first single on June 8, 2004.

The 2-song CD will feature the track written by former Idol contestant Tamyra Gray, “Dreams,” as well as another new song, “Dreams.”

Runner-up Diana DeGarmo is still without a record contract.
