European Music Downloads Beware…Legal Action To Start In 2004

Europes version of the RIAA, the International Recording Industry Group or IFPI, has warned that similar action (lawsuits) will be taken against European users who are downloading illegal music off peer 2 peer services such as KaZaa.
Reports from Nielson show thatn approx 9.35 million Europeans used KaZaa, compared with 8.24 million Americans in October.
