Keshia Chante to Rule the Airwaves Once More; Records with Desman
In between releasing her single “Unpredictable” and working on her album, Keshia Chante recorded a track for War Child.
The song, “Life,” which also features Graph Nobel, Esthero, and Jully Black, has already hit the airwaves.
Meanwhile, Chante, the 15-year-old R&B singer, is putting the finishing touches on her debut album, which will be released early next year.
She tells andPOP that she hopes to write a lot of the material.
“When it’s something you love so much, there’s no obstacles,” she said. “There’s no problems whatsoever.”
She says the sound, in comparison to the single, will be “more urban, kinda a little bit of pop. It’s really diverse. It all just depends on what I want to cut and put in the album.”
One track that could be included is “Spinnin’” with Shawn Desman.
“I can’t tell you anymore about that. It will be a surprise.”
