You might not hear new Sisqo material for a while, and it’s not because nobody’s buying his albums. The R&B singer could be stuck in jail for a long time.

Sisqo was arrested last week for allegedly shooting at a car from the front porch of his Maryland home. He then resisted arrest.

He was charged with first- and second-degree assault, reckless endangerment and resisting arrest.

Sisqo (real name: Mark Andrews) was released on bail.
