Earlier this week, a user of Apples iTunes Music Service, decided to sell one of the songs he purchased, on eBay. He was curious to see if he could transfer the song to another party, saying that the license agreement did not mention anything about selling his purchased songs.

Unfortunately, eBay ended the auction on Thursday, saying it violated its downloadable media policy.

The song up for auction, Devin Vasquez – Double Dutch Bus, had already passed the $300US mark before it was shut down.
