It seems just about anything Sean Paul releases these days becomes a hit. He’s had success with the singles “Gimme the Light,” “Get Busy,” and “Like Glue.” He’s also had chart toppers with Beyonce, Blu Cantrell and Busta Rhymes.

Now Paul is looking ahead to recording new solo material.

“I’ve done a lot of songs in Jamaica in the beginning of this year,” he told MTV. “There’s gonna be a few more done in September in Jamaica. I intend to hit the streets with that hot sh–.”

Paul just finished shooting the music video for Beyonce’s “Baby Boy.”
