50 Cent and Good Charlotte will perform at the 2003 MTV Video Music Awards, the station said today. They join previously announced performers Coldplay and Christina Aguilera.

Presenters include: P. Diddy, Ashanti, Kelly Clarkson, Tony Hawk, Hilary Duff, Ludacris, Bam Margera, Redman, Evanescence, David Spade, Snoop Dogg, NBA rookie LeBron James and Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen.

Chris Rock will host the show, which airs live on MTV on August 28.
