CD Review: Flow 93.5 Hot Wax
The Flow 93.5 “Hot Wax” album is a perfect compilation to play in your car when you’re driving down to go to a club. It will prepare you for your full night ahead.
Included on the album are exclusive mixes of popular songs, like In Essence’s “IE,” which can’t be found elsewhere. There are also tracks from Justin Timberlake, Clipse, Wayne Wonder, and Mario.
It’s also a perfect album for the inexperienced DJs, because all the tracks are continuous, meaning there are no pauses between songs. It will be hard to pull such an effortless feat off however, since Flow DJs occasionally introduce themselves at random points.
Canadian urban music is fully supported on this album. Songs weren’t just included to represent Canada; the tracks are legitimately good. Keshia Chante’s first single, “Shook: the Answer,” is just one of the six tracks by Canadians on the album.
