Ricky Martin shows that he didn’t forget his roots with “Almas Del Silencio” (”The Souls of Silence”), his first Spanish album since 1998’s “Vuelve.”

Martin worked with some of the most well known Spanish singer-songwriters including Alejandro Sanz and Juanes.

This is not your stereotypical Spanish album, where only that culture would be able to “feel” the music. While the English-speakers won’t be able to sing along, they will be able to sense the mood and appreciate the album for its merit.
