Animatrix DVD and CD to Be Released in June
While the masses pile into theatres to watch the second Matrix film, you can soon be enjoying a collection called The Animatrix straight from your living room.
The Animatrix is a collection of nine short films from the creators of The Matrix Trilogy, Larry and Andy Wachowski. They commissioned seven artists from Japan, America and Korea to create the films.
The electric techno soundtrack for The Animatrix was supervised by DJ/producer/remixer Jason Bentley. It includes tracks from Juno Reactor, Death in Vegas, Massive Attack, Meat Beat Manifesto and others.
The DVD and soundtrack are in stores June 3.
