8 Mile DVD

Eminem stars as a freestyle rap artist who struggles to perform to his capabilities when he hits the Detroit stage to battle. 8 Mile is a story of Rabbit, loosely based on Eminem’s life. The film received a lot of Oscar buzz, but was passed over on all the major categories.

If you haven’t seen the movie, or even if you have, go get the DVD to watch an interesting story, but also to watch the extra features, which really makes it a good buy.

A lengthy rap battle with Eminem and the cast extras will show you how tough it is to freestyle and why Eminem excels at the skill. There’s also the Superman music video, starring porn star Jenna Jameson, which has never been shown on television because of its un-TRL attributes.
