No Reunion Talks for Spice Girls at Meeting
When the five members of the Spice Girls met on Monday for the first time in five years, they did not discuss a reunion of any sorts, according to Ananova.
“It was just a friendly get together, it was just a social thing, and none of us are interested in getting back together, none of us are interested in a reunion,” Melanie “Sporty” Chisholm told the BBC.
“We didn’t discuss the Greatest Hits, it was just a get together – and it was just to catch up and that’s it. That is the God’s honest truth. I swear on my mother’s life.”
While she is opposed to a reunion today, and said she would have walked out of the meeting had the topic been brought up, she hasn’t ruled it out at some point in her life.
“Who knows what the future holds. But at the moment I’ve no intention to do it.”
