Eminem, ‘N Sync to Perform at Grammys
Justin Timberlake and JC Chavez will put their solo careers on hold for a night. Lance Bass will stop dreaming of going into space for a night. Chris Kirkpatrick and Joey Fatone won’t focus on their projects for a night. The five members of ‘N Sync, the boyband on hiatus, will regroup for the Grammy Awards next week.
‘N Sync will perform for the first time since April, when their tour wrapped. They will be part of a dedication to the Bee Gees, whose Maurice Gibb of the popular trio died last month.
Elvis Costello, No Doubt bassist Tony Kanal, and Bruce Springsteen and his E Street Band guitarist Steve Van Zandt will perform as part of a tribute to the Clash’s Jose Strummer.
Eminem, Sheryl Crow and Lenny Kravitz have also been added to the performance list. The Grammys, which air on Sunday, are still without a host. Speculation has it that Simon Cowell of American Idol will host, but nothing has been confirmed.
