andPOP first introduced you to Vancouver?s newest Pop/R&B group, Unknown, a few months ago when they were looking for their third member. After going through many auditions, they now have filled the missing link. Ottawa native Dana, 18, first contacted Unknown when he heard about the auditions and a few weeks later, sent in his demo. Unknown?s Brandon and Steve were both so impressed by not only his musical talents but also his dedication that they had him fly out two days later.

“When I flew into Vancouver, I was so nervous”, Dana tells andPOP. “I didn?t know what to expect.”

Dana took his musical career to the next level last January when he tried out for a hip-hop production that would take him down to Orlando. He sang and danced for three weeks at places such as the Magic Kingdom, Universal Studios, Sea World and Downtown Disney.

Dana feels he can bring a lot of love, character and spirituality into the group, “Not like they don?t have enough of it as is,” he adds. “These two guys are the two most dedicated guys I?ve ever met.”

The newest member arrives in Vancouver later this week, “I am very excited to get going, because we are going to have fun, and I promise we will have good music as well. Just can’t wait for the world to see us!” he says.
