As reported yesterday, Mya will join the cast of the movie adaptation of “Chicago,” set to begin shooting later this year. But is she the only performing artist on the cast list?

According to MTV, Britney Spears has been asked to take a roll in the musical movie. According to her publicist however, “Austin Powers” and “Crossroads,” are the only movies she will be in.

“Chicago” is currently being rehearsed in an unknown Toronto location.
