Billie Piper, British pop star, was rushed to a hospital Monday after suffering head injuries in a road traffic accident, MTVasia reports.

She was admitted to the accident and emergency department of The Royal Surrey County Hospital in England, where she reportedly was immediately treated for cuts and a concussion. Doctors discharged her after two hours of tests.

Piper, 19 years old, is married to DJ Chris Evans, 35. She retired from the music business last year.
