Eminem is almost finished recording his third album, “The Eminem Show.” The album, co-produced by the rapper and Dr. Dre, is scheduled for release in April, Billboard reports.

“It’s a lot more serious this time,” Dr. Dre recently told Entertainment Weekly. “There’s not as much playful stuff on it. It’s crazy. It’s him being him.”

Eminem’s first movie, “8 Mile,” is due July 15.
