‘N Sync, Shaggy to Perform at Billboard Awards

Billboard announced today that ‘N Sync, Tim McGraw, and Shaggy will perform at their annual Music Awards. The 2001 Billboard Music Awards will take place on December 4 at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas and will air live on Fox.
