Canadian Popstars Announced; Turmoil Begins

The Canadian edition of Popstars has been announced, but the final 5 members will soon turn to 4.
Sunday night, Sahara McDonald of Vancouver, British Columbia, Maiko Watson of Winnipeg, Manitoba, Marla Berman of Toronto, Ontario, Julie Crochetiere of Beaconsfield, Quebec, and Mirella Dell’Aquila of St. Leonard, Quebec were unveiled as the Popstars.
The teaser for next week’s show revealed that the group would soon become 4, and the judges would be forced to choose a new member.
There is speculation that this controversy has to deal with a member being forced to resign due to fraud.
