She claims not to be a girl, but not yet a woman. None the less, Stuff Magazine has named Britney Spears 2002’s sexiest woman in the world. Spears, 20, beat out Jennifer Lopez at number two and last year’s sexiest woman, Cameron Diaz, at number three.

“The hottest little dish out of Louisiana since catfish gumbo spiced up her image even more last year when she tore off her clothes at the MTV Awards. We did the same thing but we got arrested for it,” the magazine reads, next to a full-page photo of Spears dressed in a Harley Davidson tank top, revealing her lower abdominal region, and a pair of cowboy-style blue jeans.

Other singers besides Spears and Lopez making the list of the 102 sexiest woman include: Beyonce Knowles (7), Shakira (9), singing wannabe Jennifer Love Hewitt (11), Christina Aguilera (13), Gwen Stefani (22), Pink (36), Jessica Simpson (42), newcomer Wicked Queen (46), Shirley Manson of Garbage (47), Nelly Furtado (58), Willa Ford (60), Mandy Moore (67), Jamie-Lynn Sigler (73), Lisa Lopes (80), and Jewel (92).
