Boyz II Men will be back again after all. The group signed a long-term recording agreement today with Arista Records, moving from Universal Music. Nathan Morris, Michael McCary, Shawn Stockman, and Wayne Morris have a multi-album commitment according to the deal.

“Signing Boyz II Men is a dream come true,” said Antonio “LA” Reid, President and CEO of Arista Records, who just last week signed a 20 million dollar deal with Whitney Houston. “I have worked with them creatively over the years, as both a songwriter and a producer and since then I have had an obsession to be in business with the group. I look forward to working closely with the guys on their upcoming album, and I wholeheartedly welcome them to the Arista family.”

“Boyz II Men are happy to be a part of the Arista family,” said Nathan Morris. “Being with Arista and LA Reid is a major plus for us. We believe that being at Arista will lead to a creative rebirth of Boyz II Men because LA Reid is not just a record company head, but has, himself, been an artist, songwriter and producer. His vast experiences, his business acumen and his long history of making hits, place him in the unique position of knowing exactly what it takes to move us to another level both creatively and musically. Boyz II Men couldn’t have found a better place to be.”
