You must be good when 2 dozen labels are in a bidding war for your services. That?s the situation the members of Adema were in last year when they were the most sought after group when the labels heard their demo.

Adema comes from Bakersfield, California- the same place that Korn came from. In fact, Korn?s lead singer Jonathan Davis is Adema lead singer Mark Chavez? older half-brother. But don?t let that fool you, because they both have a completely different sound to them, which is evident from Adema?s first single, ?Giving In,? and second, ?The Way You Like It.?

Chavez (lead vocals), Mike Ransom (guitars), Tim Fluckey (guitars), Dave DeRoo (bass), and Kris Kohls (drums) decided to sign with Arista, and their debut self-titled album has since reached gold-status in the US.
