Rapper/actress/former talk show host Queen Latifah was arrested by the California Highway Patrol Wednesday for driving under the influence of alcohol.

Latifah was pulled over at about 3:15 a.m. for making an unsafe lane change and then failed a sobriety test, said highway patrol spokesperson Alex Delgadillo, according to MTV.

She was released on $2500 bail.
