Britney Spears says her “break” is over, but we pose the question, what break?

Spears has been in the news almost every week during her three-month break, which was cut back from her initial promise of six months.

In the three months that she was supposed to be out of the news, there were constant articles in all different media sources. Whether she was attending award shows, fashion shows, movie premieres, going shopping, having a drink, having a rumored boyfriend, breaking up with her rumored boyfriend, and helping her sister act, we heard about it.

But now she’s in the studios again, recording her fourth album. If she does as promised, she’ll be in the studio for a few months and we won’t have to hear from her. But it’s clear that’s a promise that she won’t be keeping. She’ll be in the news again in a matter of days.

“I’ve written plenty of stuff. It’s really cool, really good,” she said. That’s arguable.

The album won’t be out until late next year, according to MTV.
