With Kelly Rowland being showcased as the headliner for this year’s Fan’s Choice Awards, it would be assumed that organizers at Kiss 92 were put into a frenzy when they heard she couldn’t make it.

Not so! Rowland’s Destiny’s Child sister, Beyonce Knowles, arguably the most famous and recognized of the trio, will fill in for her. In fact, she will perform a never before heard song that she is currently recording.

Rowland couldn?t make it to ?The Fannies? because she is filming ?Freddy vs. Jason? in Vancouver.

Beyonce will bring her sister, recording artist Solange, along to Toronto to perform.

Also expected at the Fannies are: Jarvis Church, Swollen Members, the Rascalz, Shawn Desman, Snow, In Essence, Ricky J, and One Ton.

Angie Martinez (DJ/singer/former American Idol 2 judge) will host the event and perform.

The event goes down Friday at the Air Canada Centre. Tickets are still available through Ticketmaster.
