Our Lady Peace will be playing a free show at Toronto’s Air Canada Center on November 1. The rock band will play to launch Best Buy stores in Canada.

“We are excited to launch the Best Buy brand in Canada and wanted to share our excitement with everyone in Toronto,” said Kevin Layden, President and COO of Best Buy Canada Ltd. “Our Lady Peace is a great example of Canadian talent. We can think of no better way to ‘Turn on the Fun’ and commemorate our Canadian launch than with a concert by one of Canada’s most popular rock bands.”

Seven locations are opening by the end of October across the GTA: Mississauga, Oakville, Woodbridge, Markham, Leaside, Ajax and Downsview. An eight store, in Sherway, will open in mid-November.

“The band has not performed an arena show in Toronto in almost three years and are excited to partner with Best Buy by rewarding their fans with this long-anticipated show,” said Bill Banham, Senior Vice President and General Manager of Sony Music Canada.

The concert will feature opening acts Treble Charger and Noise Therapy.

So how do you win tickets to this show? There are a few ways:

1. Listen to 102.1 The Edge. They?re giving away a pair of tickets every hour from now until November, 1st.

2. Look for the Best Buy street teams at some of Toronto?s hottest spots.

3. In-store giveaways during the following dates (150 pairs of tickets will be given away each day to the first 150 people in line at each of the seven Best Buy locations):
