The New York Post reports Britney Spears visited a hospital Friday, which resulted in several patients crying when she left.

Spears visited a New York hospital, expecting six to ten cancer patients, but when she walked in, there were 60.

She read “Clifford the Big Red Dog,” before departing, without taking photos with the children.

“She left and they were crying,” said one volunteer. “You can’t do that to sick children. They’re not well, and she made it even worse.”

Despite the tears, Spears was invited back, said her publicist.
