One of Britain’s most popular bands, Coldplay, saw their latest album, “A Rush Of Blood To The Head,” debut at the number one position on Canada’s album charts this week. It also debuted atop the charts in Australia, Denmark, Germany, Hong Kong, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Norway, Switzerland, UAE and the UK.

“This is absolutely amazing!” said Terry McBride of Coldplay’s management.

The band will be a part of a MuchMusic “Intimate and Interactive” in Toronto on September 22, a day after their concert at the Air Canada Centre.
