3LW are minus a member today, as Naturi Naughton has been officially ousted. The 18-year-old told a New York radio station that she was forced out of the group after receiving complaints of her performance, her image and her loyalty to the group from 3LW’s management.

Naughton alleged Kiely Williams, another member of the group, of throwing a plate of food in her face after an argument in South Carolina. Naughton immediately flew back to New Jersey.

Williams? legal guardian, Michelle Williams (not the member of Destiny?s Child), runs 3LW?s management.

The band, also consisting of Adrienne Bailon, has made no official statement. Naughton said an understudy has been training to replace her.

Their second album, “A Girl Can Mack,” is still scheduled for release in about a month.
