Family comes first for Ozzy Osbourne, which he is proving by leaving his Ozzfest tour to be with his wife, Sharon, who will undergo chemotherapy.

“This is one of the hardest decisions I’ve ever had to make in my life, but I’m sure that everyone out there will understand,” Ozzy told MTV.

He will play shows until Sunday, and hopes to return August 22 in Denver.

Sharon learned last week that her colon cancer had spread and needs to be treated.
