Rappers Eminem and Missy Elliott and rock group P.O.D. were each given six nominations Monday for the 2002 MTV Video Music Awards.

Jimmy Fallon of Saturday Night Live will host the show, which will feature performances by Eminem, Bruce Springsteen, Pink, and more to be announced later.

The show is set to air live on the network on August 29.
