Alonzo Mourning, Jerry Stackhouse, and Shawn Marion are among the NBA players set to take part in the second annual 2002 Vince Carter Charity All-Star Game.

?This will be a great chance to play for fun with all of these guys that I would normally compete against and at the same time help needy children in the community,? Carter said in a press release. ?Last year?s game was a great experience for all who attended and this year will be the exclamation point on a memorable series of charity events.?

Kardinal Offishall performed at last year’s event, but there is no confirmation of a musical act for this year.

The fun begins on August 2 at 7:30 at the Air Canada Centre.
