During ‘N Sync’s hiatus, Justin Timberlake has found something worth while to do. He is currently recording his first solo album, according to the Orlando Sentinel, and is not letting his breakup with Britney Spears ruin his life.

“It’s almost done, and I’m very happy with it,” he tells the paper. “I just traveled on my own, and it was good for me to not feel like I was working. The things that have happened for me personally have definitely taken a toll on my heart. It’s been really hard for me.”

Backstreet Boy singer Nick Carter is also recording a solo album, and he will collaborate with Britney Spears, according to reports.
