Britney to Record with Nick Carter?

An andPOP staff member once boldly predicted, “Britney Spears and Justin Timberlake will form a duo and take over the music industry.”
Well, he was certainly close, but not nearly close enough. Spears will duet with the Backstreet Boys’ Nick Carter, on his upcoming solo album. Carter is a far cry from ‘N Sync, the Backstreet Boys “rivals.”
In fact, some speculate that Spears has joined forces with Carter, just to get back at Timberlake for their breakup.
“Britney and Nick have been friends for some time,” a friend told teenmusic. “But even so, he never dreamed she would do a duet with him.”
