30 years ago, Elvis topped the charts for what seemed like the final time in his career, with the hit song ?Burning Love.? In 1977, Elvis (allegedly) died at the age of 42 in his home in Graceland. In 2002, Elvis had a number 1 hit again, 25 years after his death.

The year a Memphis doctor came forward and claimed Elvis faked his death, Elvis? 1968 hit ?A Little Less Conversation? from the film ?Live A Little, Love A Little? hit #1 in the U.S. and Canada. It?s not the classic version we all remember (if we were alive then), but actually a remix by Dutch DJ JXL. The song has hit #1 in 9 other countries, including the U.K. three weeks ago, giving him a record 18 #1 songs, one ahead of some British group known as the Beatles. In the U.S., the song sold 7 times as much as #2 Nelly with ?Hot in Here? which had been #1 the last 3 weeks. The remix gained popularity after being featured in numerous Nike World Cup ads.

On September 24, the Elvis estate will be including this song on ?Elv1s 30 #1 Hits? from RCA. It?s expected that album should also hit #1, as Elvis albums seemed to do a lot in the past.
