The fans came to see Britney Spears, and that’s what they got… for about 10 minutes. Pop singer Spears was forced to cancel her concert in Lubbock, Texas, last night because of a power failure.

“I’m just so sorry,” she told the crowd, who began to boo. “Please don’t boo,” she said, before walking off the stage.

Spears had performed two songs, but her management decided to cancel the show because of safety concerns. Arena power and lighting worked, but her stage show required more than what was working.
