Canadian teen pop-rocker Avril Lavigne made a huge chart debut this week, but not enough to dethrone Eminem. Lavigne debuted at number 8, with “Let Go,” on the U.S. charts selling over 62,000 copies. She sold nearly 20,000 in Canada, earning her second spot.
“The Eminem Show” continued its indestructible rampage, selling 808,000 copies in the U.S. and 45,400 in Canada, earning him the top spot in both North American countries.
