Godsmack Part Ways With Drummer

Drummer Tommy Stewart has left rock group Godsmack. The group says its a mutual decision, as they begin working on a new album due out in 2003.
“Tommy is a great guy and a tremendous drummer. We wish him all the success in the world … he deserves it,” lead vocalist Sully Erna said in a press release.
Stewart will “pursue other musical opportunities.”
