Posh Spice jumped the gun. On the verge of being pushed out by Virgin Records, Victoria Beckham has left her deal with the record company.

?No one has been dropped,? a spokesperson for the singer told worldpop. ?The Virgin deal has come to a natural end and both parties have decided not to continue.?

Sales of the former Spice Girl?s solo album were dismal, after costing the label a hefty sum. Melanie Brown and Emma Bunton also left the company.
