On first listen to Jo?e’s major label debut, it?s hard to believe this is the same artist that sang “Arriba” only a short while ago. Although tracks such as “Does That Make You Happy” and “Sunshine” bare no similarities to the Hawaiian groove, this talented young artist manages to pull off every song with a natural flare. There are some points however that a little more vocal work wouldn?t have hurt. Nevertheless, the album is a good buy for some fresh summertime tunes. From the smooth ballad, “What Would I Do,” to the pulsating beats of “I Don?t Believe You,” this Universal Music release will bring a fresh flavor to the airwaves.
