It appears the dream is dead for Lance Bass of ‘N Sync. The Russian space agency said Wednesday that no tourist, including Bass, would be on a Russian rocket set for launch in October.

“The Russian Aerospace Agency has had no contacts whatsoever with Mr. Bass,” agency spokesman Konstantin Kreidenko told the AP. “We have received no requests from either him or his representatives, not to speak about signing any contracts.”

There has been no comment from the Bass camp as of yet.
