About thirty people were injured at the “WHFStival” in Washington, D.C., Saturday night, just as rapper Eminem took the stage.

One man suffered a heart attack and was revived on the scene, Reuters reports. Most injuries were not life threatening, Fire Department spokesman Alan Etter said.

The concert was delayed 10 minutes before Eminem resumed his performance.

The annual two-day rock-rap music festival hosted by a Maryland radio station also included performances by Hoobastank, The Stokes, Sum 41, Trik Turner, and over 20 more. Tomorrow?s concert will continue as planned, including performances by POD and Papa Roach.
